Fixed scroll wheel issue

Hi, just realized there's an issue when playing the game from Itch's website. For some reason, there was no scroll bar when playing the game from the launcher. I went ahead and just made it a downloadable html file, which seems to have fixed the problem. I really hope anyone who tried the game before and wasn't able to finish will give it a second chance!
